Companies that advertise "we buy real estate". we did this 3 years ago and our contract is up June 4 2001 and they have lied to me. our credit is ruined as they defaulted on both loans on house, house is in foreclosure and they will not allow me to take over house back. Contacted 3 lawyers.One requested $3000.00 retainer, one suggested bankruptcy and the other will not return call.The house has been completely destroyed. Where can I go for help? My husband is severely disabled from a head injury and we are often scammed by lawyers, car dealers etc... This company is not licensed, so real estate commission will not go there. I have contacted BBB of Akron, 3 lawyers,our newspaper. I will write to anyone that will help other consumers to be warned. our life is ruined, both financially and healthwise.The government needs to close these places down as for what they do to consumers is criminal and their LIES are getting very old.
